Data Controller and place of personal data processing

The owner and the Controller of the data that are provided or collected when you access this site, pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 is CEDAC SOFTWARE S.r.l..
Data processing will be performed at the registered offices of the aforementioned companies.

Personal data processed and purpose

As the user navigates through this website, owing to the technical features of the Internet, navigation data are acquired, that is information on the user visiting the site, including the IP address, the user’s Internet Service Provider (ISP), the characteristics of the visit in terms of access to specific sections, date and time of the visit to the website, and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment, without any personal identification of the data subject: these data are used only to obtain anonymous statistics on site usage and to monitor the access to the website.

Furthermore, CS collects and processes information that can be classified as personal data (i.e., name, postal address, e-mail address) via the site in order to perform the registration of the user to the website o to special programs, to allow the registered user to access specific and dedicated sections of the website, such as his/her account profile, or to the services available online or specifically requested by the user, or relating to activities that can be performed through the site. In particular, the user personal data and/or the identification data of the user such as his/her e-mail address and the access password, are processed during the registration procedure via the site. This Privacy Policy may be modified or supplemented in the future. In this case, a notice of the substantial changes will be sent to the e-mail address the user has provided or by posting an announcement on our website.

User’s rights
